1. Unit Head – HR & Administration and Coordination (OG-I / AVP)

Location: Karachi

Reporting to: Wing Head – HR Administration & Coordination – ERMD

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Graduation (preferably Master’s in HR) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience: Minimum 05 years in Human Resources, ideally within banking or financial institutions.

• Key Skills: Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Visio), Team Management, and HR Life Cycle management (On-boarding, Performance Management, etc.).

2. Credit Officer (OG-II / OG-I)

Locations: Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Sialkot, Sahiwal, and Sheikhupura

Reporting to: Regional Executive – Credit

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized university (Accounting or Finance background preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 02 years of banking experience in Corporate, Commercial, or SME lending/risk management.

• Technical Knowledge: SBP Prudential Regulations, Credit Analysis, Financial Statement Analysis, and collateral types.
