Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: Selected candidates will be hired purely on a contractual basis for a term of three years. This contract may be renewed at the sole discretion of the management.

• Compensation Package: Appointed individuals will receive a competitive salary package along with other standard benefits determined by the Bank's Policy and framework rules.

• Basic Eligibility: To qualify, candidates must have a minimum graduation degree or equivalent qualification from a local or international college, university, or institute officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• Application Verifications: Applications submitted after the formal due date will not be processed or considered under any circumstances.

• Selection Procedure: Only shortlisted candidates who strictly adhere to the basic eligibility requirements will be called for a test and/or a panel interview.

• TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be granted to individuals appearing for the test or interview.
