Eligibility and Professional Standards
Candidates interested in these Karachi-based roles should meet the following general requirements:

Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by the HEC. Preference will be given to those holding a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications.

Experience: Requirements range from 1 year for entry-level processing roles to 10+ years for senior leadership positions (Wing Head), specifically in outsourcing, security, or large-scale project management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory. Senior roles require expertise in vendor management, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory compliance.

Security Roles: For CMR and Duty Officer positions, prior experience in CCTV, access control systems, or guarded security within the public/banking sector is highly preferred.
