1. Credit Operations Officer (OG-II / OG-I)

This role focuses on the technical and administrative side of financing, specifically ensuring that loans (advances) and Islamic investment products are handled according to Shariah and banking regulations.

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year specifically in credit, advances, or retail.

• Education: Graduation (Bachelor's) is required; however, candidates with a Master’s degree or specific Islamic Banking certifications are preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing disbursements and adjustments of transactions.

  • Ensuring all entries in ALMANAC (LMS) and PD Teller are accurate.

  • Maintaining security documents and insurance policies for financed assets.

  • Preparing regulatory statements like ECIB and F-256.

• Location: Karachi.

2. General Banking Officer (OG-III)

This is a more operationally focused role, dealing with the day-to-day functions of a bank branch, from customer service to cash management.

• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of banking experience, with at least 6 months in Branch Operations.

• Education: Graduation (Bachelor's) is required; Master’s or Islamic Banking certifications are preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.

  • Handling account openings and day-to-day transactions within Turnaround Time (TAT).

  • Managing branch and vault cash, ATM balancing, and clearing tasks.

  • Overseeing General Ledger (GL) heads to ensure assets and liabilities are balanced.

• Locations: Gharo, Thatta, Bhitshah, and Dhudyal Mirpur AK.
