The appointed Head of Legal (EVP / SEVP) will report directly to the President & CEO and lead the bank's legal strategy. The role involves providing comprehensive legal advice, managing corporate governance, overseeing complex litigation, handling regulatory affairs, and directing domestic and international legal matters to protect the bank's interests.

Terms & Conditions

• Reporting Line: Reports directly to the President & CEO.

• Maximum Age: Maximum 57 years as of the last date of application submission.

• Educational Qualification: Minimum LLB or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by the HEC. Candidates holding an LLM degree or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.

• Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of corporate law experience in reputable law firms or large organizations, including at least 7 years in a senior legal leadership or strategic advisory role.

• Employment Type: Contractual appointment for three (3) years, renewable at the management's discretion.

• Compensation & Benefits: Market-competitive package negotiable based on candidate qualifications, experience, and leadership potential.
