Main Responsibilities

As a Processing Officer, your role sits at the intersection of data management and customer service. Your daily tasks would include:

• Loan Processing: Managing the sales and processing of loans and ensuring database accuracy.

• Compliance: Checking loan proposals against SBP/SECP regulatory guidelines and bank policies.

• Reporting: Maintaining MIS (Management Information Systems) dashboards and performing competitor analysis for consumer products.

• Portfolio Management: Monitoring the health of personal loan portfolios to minimize non-performing loans (NPLs).
