NBP Available Positions

NBP is currently hiring for the following contractual roles (3-year term, renewable):

1. Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (OG-I / AVP)

• Locations: Islamabad, Multan

• Experience: Minimum 04 years in Banking (at least 02 years in Corporate/Commercial Relationship Management, Risk, or Investment Banking).

• Education: Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized). Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.

• Key Role: Lead client origination, manage a high-value portfolio, and mentor junior Relationship Managers.

2. Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (OG-II / OG-I)

• Location: Lahore

• Experience: Minimum 03 years in Banking (at least 01 year in Corporate/Commercial Relationship Management, Risk, or Investment Banking).

• Education: Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized). Master’s degree preferred.

• Key Role: Assist in business strategy implementation, credit proposal preparation, and cross-selling banking products.

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Business Growth: Achieving sales and revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.

• Portfolio Management: Monitoring profitability and asset quality of assigned corporate accounts.

• Credit Analysis: Preparing high-quality credit proposals and ensuring strict adherence to SBP Prudential Regulations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal risk and product partners to provide seamless financial services.
