 Job Overview

• Position: Relationship Manager (OG-II)

• Reporting to: Branch Manager

• Department: Aitemaad Islamic Banking

• Locations: Multiple cities including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, Narowal, Peshawar, and Bhimber AK.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Education

• Minimum: Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Preferred: Candidates with a degree in Commerce, Islamic Banking, or a related diploma.

Experience

• Minimum: 2 years of banking experience.

• Sales Specific: At least 6 months of that experience must be in sales.

Core Skills

• Strong knowledge of Islamic Banking products and Shariah compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office and database management.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and "market storming" (sales) skills.

Main Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, your primary focus is on growth and retention:

• Sales Targets: Meet goals for deposit generation, account opening, and consumer financing (Mortgages/Auto loans).

• Portfolio Management: Activate dormant accounts and manage "Tail" accounts.

• Customer Relations: Resolve customer queries and conduct daily visits to new and existing clients.

• Compliance: Ensure all activities align with banking laws, SOPs, and Shariah principles.
