List of Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria

1. Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)

This role is ideal for experienced bankers ready to lead branch efficiency and compliance.

• Education: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with a Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification/diploma are preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience, with at least 02 years in core branch operations.

• Key Skills: Sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations (PRs), leadership abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent analytical skills.

• Place of Posting: D.G. Khan and Hasilpur.

2. Teller (OG-III / OG-II)

A customer-facing role focused on transaction accuracy and service excellence.

• Education: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university. Preference is given to those with a Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification.

• Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant banking experience.

• Key Skills: Strong cash-handling skills, knowledge of SBP regulations regarding cash management, and good interpersonal communication.

• Place of Posting: Karachi, Hub Balochistan, Dadyal AK, Jhelum, Gujrat, Islamabad, Silat, Wah, Kallar Syedan, Kohat, Hangu, Boner, Mir Ali, and Swabi.

3. General Banking Officer (OG-II)

A versatile position managing various operational and customer-related branch tasks.

• Education: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university. Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 01 year of banking experience, with at least 06 months of experience in Branch Operations.

• Key Skills: Understanding of general accounts, SBP regulations, excellent time management, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Place of Posting: Karachi, Sanghar, Quetta, Sialkot, Kasur, Lahore, Dadyal AK, Jhelum, Gujrat, Rawalpindi, Mirpur AK, and Chitral.

• Employment Type: These positions are on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of Management.

• Compensation: Selected candidates will receive a market-competitive salary and benefits package according to Bank policy.
