The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking talented and experienced professionals for its Digital Banking division based in Karachi. These roles are offered on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the bank's discretion.

Wing Head – BI Data Governance & Analytics (VP/SVP)	Divisional Head – Digital Analytics, Insights & Strategy	8+ years in Data Management, Data Governance, or IT Compliance.
Wing Head – BI Data Engineer (VP/SVP)	Divisional Head – Digital Analytics, Insights & Strategy	8+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Database Administration.
Unit Head – Digital Supply Chain Financing (AVP/VP)	Wing Head – Digital Lending	6+ years in Digital Banking, SME, Commercial Lending, or Fintech.
Unit Head – Digital Consumer & SME Financing (Agri & LOS) (AVP/VP)	Wing Head – Digital Lending	6+ years in Consumer Lending, Agri Finance, or Digital Lending Platforms.

General Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduation (Bachelor's or Master's) from an HEC-recognized local or international university in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Sciences, Business Management, or Finance.

• Professional Certifications: Preference is given to candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP for Data Governance, Azure/AWS for Data Engineering).

• Skills: Strong knowledge of SBP regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML), digital lending ecosystems, and data management tools.
