National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting applications for key leadership roles within its Aitemaad Islamic Banking division in Sindh, Balochistan, and Lahore. These positions are on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal.

1. Regional Executive – Business (AVP / VP)

• Location: Karachi (covering Sindh & Balochistan).

• Reporting to: Regional Head AIBG (Sindh & Balochistan).

• Qualifications: Minimum Graduation; Master’s or Islamic Banking certification is preferred.

• Experience: At least 8 years in banking, including 3 years specifically in Business Development or as a Branch Manager.

2. Branch Manager (AVP)

• Location: Karachi and Lahore.

• Reporting to: Regional Head.

• Qualifications: Minimum Graduation; preference for Commerce graduates or those with Islamic Banking certifications.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in branch banking, including 3 years as a Branch Manager (preferably in Islamic Banking).
