To strengthen its Corporate and Investment Banking team in Lahore, NBP is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced banking professionals for the position of Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (AVP).

This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for finance professionals to manage end-to-end corporate client relationships, structure credit facilities, and contribute significantly to NBP's corporate banking expansion in line with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.

Position: Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (AVP)

• Location: Lahore

• Reporting To: Unit Head – Corporate Banking

• Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institute.

  • Candidates holding a Master's degree in Business Studies, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related disciplines will be preferred.

  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA (any level), or FRM are highly desirable.

• Experience Required:

  • Minimum 06 years of experience in the banking industry, including at least 02 years in Corporate Credit and/or Corporate Lending.

  • Proven track record in preparing detailed credit memos and managing corporate client engagements.

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Expertise in financial analysis coupled with strong write-up skills.

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office.

  • Analytical mindset, ownership attitude, and ability to deliver quality results under pressure.

  • Comprehensive understanding of SBP Commercial/Corporate Borrower regulations and credit products tailored for large borrowers.

• Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, originate, and onboard new corporate clients aligned with NBP's risk appetite and strategic targets.

  • Manage full-cycle corporate client relationships from initial pitch and facility structuring to disbursement, portfolio monitoring, and ongoing service delivery.

  • Draft comprehensive and timely credit proposals, analyzing industry dynamics, client financials, and key risks.

  • Work with the Unit Head to target top-tier prospects and position the Bank as their primary financial partner.

  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury / FX, and other transaction banking solutions.

  • Ensure proper documentation, account housekeeping, and credit facility classification in compliance with credit standards.

Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: Contractual appointment for three (03) years, extendable at the discretion of Bank Management.

• Compensation Package: Competitive market-based remuneration and benefits as per NBP policy/rules.

• Assessment Interview: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the selection interview.
