General Eligibility & Requirements

Candidates must meet the following core criteria to be considered for this role:

• Educational Background: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

• Preferred Certifications: Candidates holding Associate of Chartered Insurance (ACII) or any other insurance-related professional qualifications will be given preference.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 04 years of relevant experience in the Insurance Sector, Insurance Brokerage Houses, or Banks.

• Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Insurance Industry Standards, practices, and market rates.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Insurance Ordinance and related legal documentation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a basic understanding of Power BI.

  • Excellent business communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.

• Employment Type: The position is offered on a three-year contract basis, renewable at the discretion of the management.
