General Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for this senior leadership role, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

  • Preference: Candidates holding a Master’s degree or relevant professional diplomas/certifications will be preferred.

• Professional Experience: * A minimum of 15 years of Banking experience.

  • At least 05 years of experience specifically serving as Head of Logistics and General Administration.

• Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven leadership and strong people management skills.

  • Expertise in managing fleet operations, travel & protocol services, and property management (owned/rented).

  • Comprehensive knowledge of security management (physical and electronic) and outsourced service management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Employment Type: The position is offered on a contractual basis for three years, renewable at the discretion of Bank Management.
