The National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, has announced prestigious career opportunities across the country. NCCIA Previously was a Cyber Crime wing of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) but later in 2024 established a full new Authority. The agency is seeking dynamic, qualified, and motivated individuals to combat cyber threats, handle digital forensics, and investigate online financial crimes. List of Vacancies (Detailed)

1. Sub Inspector (BS-14)

• Total Posts: 48

• Quota Breakdown: Merit (4), Punjab (20), Sindh Rural (5), Sindh Urban (3), KPK (5), Balochistan (3), Ex-FATA (1), AJK (1), GB (1). (Includes allocations for Open Merit, Women, and Minority).

• Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Educational Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree / post-Intermediate Associate Degree or BS (04 years) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics, Telecom/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Height: Male (5 ft 6 in), Female (5 ft 4 in)

  • Chest (Male only): 33 x 34½ inches

2. Technical Assistant (BS-14)

• Total Posts: 15

• Quota Breakdown: Merit (1), Punjab (6), Sindh Rural (2), Sindh Urban (1), KPK (2), Balochistan (1), Ex-FATA (1), GB (1).

• Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor's Degree / post-Intermediate Associate Degree or BS (04 years) in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Digital Forensics, Telecom/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

  • 03 years post-qualification experience.

3. Stenotypist (BS-14)

• Total Posts: 08

• Quota Breakdown: Merit (1), Punjab (3), Sindh Rural (1), Sindh Urban (1), KPK (1), Balochistan (1).

• Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Qualifications:

  • Intermediate.

  • Minimum speed of Shorthand 80 w.p.m. and Typing speed 40 w.p.m.

  • Must be computer literate.

4. Upper Division Clerk - UDC (BS-11)

• Total Posts: 06

• Quota Breakdown: Merit (1), Punjab (5 - includes 1 Women quota).

• Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Qualifications:

  • Intermediate.

  • Selected candidates must undergo a 03-week IT Basic Training Course including MS Office conducted by NITB within one year.

5. Assistant Sub-Inspector - ASI (BS-09)

• Total Posts: 35

• Quota Breakdown: Merit (3), Punjab (15), Sindh Rural (3), Sindh Urban (2), KPK (3), Balochistan (2), Ex-FATA (1), AJK (1).

• Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Educational Qualification: 2nd Class or Grade "C" Bachelor Degree (BA/BS/post inter Associate Degree) from an HEC-recognized university.

6. Constable (BS-05)

• Total Posts: 174

• Quota Breakdown: Merit (14), Punjab (74), Sindh Rural (17), Sindh Urban (11), KPK (17), Balochistan (9), Ex-FATA (4), AJK (3), GB (2).

• Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Educational Qualification: Matriculation 2nd Class from a recognized Board.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Height: Male (5 ft 6 in), Female (5 ft 4 in)

  • Chest (Male only): 33 x 34½ inches

7. Constable Drivers (BS-05)

• Total Posts: 64

• Quota Breakdown: Merit (5), Punjab (27), Sindh Rural (6), Sindh Urban (4), KPK (6), Balochistan (4), Ex-FATA (2), AJK (1), GB (1).

• Age Limit: 18–25 years

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matriculation 2nd Class from a recognized Board.

  • Valid Motorcycle & LTV license from any licensing authority in Pakistan.

  • Capable of driving cars & light vehicles with knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Physical and Endurance Test

• Eligible Posts: Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver.

• Endurance Test: 1-mile (1.6 km) run in 7 minutes for male candidates, and 10 minutes for female candidates.

• Prerequisite: Candidates must clear physical measurements and the endurance test before qualifying for the Computer Based Test (CBT).

General Terms & Conditions

• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation of 5 years is applicable as per government rules. No relaxation in lower age limit, physical standards, or endurance test.

• Posting: Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel and present an NOC during the interview stage.

• Training Course: Candidates appointed to Technical Assistant (BS-14) and UDC (BS-11) must complete the mandatory IT Training Course from NITB before completing their probation period.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.

• Processing fee is Rs. 2000/- per application payable via 1Link/1Bill service using Bank, ATM, Internet Banking, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or UPaisa using the 22-digit PSID generated by the portal.

• Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications and fees for each post.

• No hard copies, manual applications, or documents are required at the time of submission.
