General Eligibility & Application Criteria

To ensure the selection of the most qualified experts, NDMA has established the following general requirements for all applicants:

Professional Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates must possess relevant academic degrees in their respective fields (Climate Sciences, Finance, IT/AI, GIS, or International Relations) from HEC-recognized institutions.

• Selection is based on a lump-sum package equivalent to Project Pay Scales (PPS 7 to 9), determined by the candidate’s specific domain skills and years of relevant experience.

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original documents duly attested by the HEC at the time of the interview.

Essential Skills

• Strong technical proficiency in the specific domain applied for (e.g., AI modeling, GIS development, or Risk Finance).

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for roles involving international coordination.

• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment dedicated to national safety.
