The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), operating under the Prime Minister's Office, Government of Pakistan, has announced exciting new job opportunities for skilled professionals. NDMA seeks to hire eligible candidates purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 24 months, with the possibility of extension based on requirements.

These purely contractual posts will be filled on an open merit basis under a lump sum package equivalent to the Project Pay Scale. Terms & Conditions

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview as the case may be.

• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must present their original documents, duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), at the time of the interview.

• Salary Package: A lump-sum monthly package will be offered to successful candidates depending on their domain skills and relevant experience.

• Mandatory Service Period: All selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum period of 18 months as a departmental mandatory requirement.

• Management Rights: The management reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications without assigning a reason, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
