General Eligibility and Qualifications

While each role has specific experience requirements, the general educational background and criteria for these positions include:

• Educational Background: Sixteen years of education with a degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, MBA, MS in Business Administration/Finance, or professional qualifications like Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), or ACCA.

• Sector Preference: Candidates with significant post-qualification experience in the power sector will be given preference.

• Flexibility: Experience relaxations (ranging from 2 to 5 years) may be granted to outstanding candidates or those with extensive direct power sector experience.

• Higher Education: Candidates with foreign degrees or higher qualifications may receive additional preference during the selection process.
