Terms & Conditions

1. Qualification Criteria:

   • For Sr. # 1: Required degree must be in 1st Division with a minimum 3.00/4.00 CGPA.

   • For Sr. # 2 & 3: Required degree/diploma must be in 1st Division with minimum 60% Marks.

   • For Sr. # 1 to 3(i): Only one 2nd Division is allowed in the entire educational career; no 3rd Division is acceptable.

2. Recognized Institutions: Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates must be from HEC / PEC / Govt. recognized institutes. Equivalence certificates from IBCC / HEC are required for A-Level / O-Level / Foreign degrees, clearly specifying division, percentage, or CGPA.

3. Educational qualifications must have been acquired on or before the closing date.

4. Post Qualification Experience: Refers to experience gained after the date of acquiring the required qualification up to the closing date.

5. Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years, and the upper age limit is 35 years as of the closing date. Upper age relaxation may be granted for specialized experience/qualification.

6. Eligibility: Only candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria will be considered. Ineligible candidatures may be canceled at any stage without any claim.

7. Pension/Funds: Employment will be offered against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) as per government policy.

8. Government Employees: Candidates serving in Govt. / Semi-Govt. organizations must apply through the proper channel.

9. Shortlisting: Fulfilling criteria does not guarantee shortlisting; only the most qualified candidates will be shortlisted if applications are received in large numbers.

10. TA/DA: No TA / DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
