The Chief Internal Auditor will be responsible for managing all the affairs of the Internal Audit Department, developing operational frameworks and procedures for an effective auditing system, formulating yearly audit plans, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and evaluating operational efficiency. • Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants with CA / FCMA qualifications from a reputed local or international institute/university.

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, internal control design, and financial reliability within the public/private sector. Experience in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) will be preferred.

  • Must possess strong knowledge of public sector financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.

• Nationality: Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply, including dual nationals who hold Pakistani nationality.

• Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 55 years as of the closing date of application submission.

• Tenure & Remunerations: Remuneration package and tenure of appointment will be decided by the Board of Directors.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the interview.
