NIBAF is hiring for the following professional roles across its Islamabad and Karachi offices:

1. E-Learning Team Lead (Deputy General Manager - ML1)

• Location: Islamabad

• Max Age: 45 Years

• Education: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Key Responsibilities: Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing digital learning strategies, and ensuring high-quality E-learning standards.

2. Training Designer - Emerging Technologies (Manager - G4)

• Location: Islamabad

• Max Age: 35 Years

• Education: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Focus: Designing training programs for AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and other emerging tech trends.

3. Assessment Design Associate (Assistant Manager - G2)

• Location: Karachi

• Max Age: 35 Years

• Education: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Focus: Creating assessment frameworks, utilizing AI tools for design, and ensuring effective learning outcome evaluations.

4. Digital Marketing & Content Associate (Assistant Manager - G2)

• Location: Karachi

• Max Age: 35 Years

• Education: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Focus: Enhancing brand visibility through AI-driven marketing, social media management, and content creation.

5. Outreach Officer (Officer - G1)

• Location: Karachi

• Max Age: 30 Years

• Education: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.

• Focus: Coordinating with stakeholders, managing corporate relations, and increasing participation in NIBAF programs.
