Job Requirements

• Age Limit: 28 to 52 years.

• Health: Must be medically fit.

• Education: Minimum Middle pass (Matric preferred).

• License: Must possess a valid HTV Driving License as per regulations.

Salary and Benefits

The NLC offers a competitive financial package:

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 69,752 (including monthly ration allowance).

• Performance Bonuses: * Additional bonus up to Rs. 40,000 based on performance.

  • Monthly "Running Target" bonus between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000 (Cash Award).

• Annual Bonus: Performance-based bonus equal to 4 to 8 basic salaries per year.

• Medical & Insurance: Free medical facilities, Group Insurance, and CP Fund.

• Family Medical: Annual medical allowance up to Rs. 200,000 for the family.
