Terms & Conditions

• Application Form Availability: The prescribed application form is available in the Establishment/HR Section of Nowshera Medical College, Nowshera, as well as on the official college website (www.nmcn.edu.pk).

• Processing Fee: Applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable application processing fee deposited in the Bank of Khyber (BoK), Account No. 0104003001159797, in favor of "Dean, Nowshera Medical College":

  • Rs. 5,000/- for Serial Nos. 01 & 02 (Professors & Associate Professors)

  • Rs. 3,000/- for Serial No. 03 (Assistant Professors)

  • Rs. 1,500/- for Serial No. 04 (Demonstrators)

  • The original bank deposit slip must be attached to the application.

• In-Service Candidates: Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Public Sector organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.

• Closing Date Holiday Clause: If the closing date for application submission falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.

• Re-application Requirement: Candidates who previously applied for these positions under earlier advertisements must apply afresh.

• Selection & Verification: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and/or interview and must produce original documents at that time. Appointments and release of the first salary remain subject to credential verification.

• Governing Rules: Selected candidates will be governed under the MTI Act 2015 (amended from time to time).

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts, cancel the recruitment process, or withhold any or all appointments without assigning any reason.

2. Deposit Fee: Pay the designated processing fee at the Bank of Khyber (BoK) into the mentioned account and retain the original deposit slip.

3. Document Submission: Complete the application form and attach:

   • Attested photocopies of all academic, professional, and experience documents

   • Original bank deposit slip

4. Postal/In-Person Submission: Submit the complete application dossier to the office of the Chief Executive Officer/Dean on or before the closing deadline.
