National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) Urban Poverty Alleviation Programme (UPAP) has announced new career opportunities for qualified and dynamic individuals across various cities in Pakistan. This recruitment drive aims to hire fresh graduates and experienced professionals for multiple staff roles in its Islamic Microfinance sector.

Terms & Conditions

• Experience Requirements: No prior work experience is required; fresh candidates will be given preference.

• Age Limit & Qualification Criteria:

  • Management Trainee: Master's degree in relevant disciplines (Business, Commerce, Economics, Banking, Agriculture, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). Maximum age limit is 30 years.

  • Accounts Staff: I.Com / D.Com / B.Com / ADC / ADP. Maximum age limit is 27 years.

  • Field Staff: Intermediate or Graduation. Maximum age limit is 25 years. Matriculation male/female candidates may apply for local roles.

• Ineligibility: Candidates with a 3rd Division in their final degree, those whose results are awaiting, or candidates currently continuing their studies are NOT eligible to apply.

• Benefits: Attractive monthly stipend/salary, medical allowance, insurance, provident fund, and EOBI facilities are provided according to the post level.
