Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the vacant position of Junior Scale Stenographer in the Office of the Commissioner Hazara Division under the specified terms and conditions.

List of Vacancies

• Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14): 01 post available, requiring FA/FSc (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent, a typing speed of 35 words per minute, shorthand speed of 50 words per minute in English, computer proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, with an age limit of 18 to 30 years and age relaxation as per policy.

Terms & Conditions

• All candidates are provisionally allowed to sit for the screening test, subject to verification, and any ineligible candidate will be disqualified at any stage.

• Recruitment will be made in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa prevalent rules.

• Experience certificates from government institutions must be countersigned by the head of the respective organization.

• Candidates must not change their mobile network until the recruitment process is fully completed, as interview notifications will be sent via SMS.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test and interviews.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must apply online through the ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk. After online submission, print the generated deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa or UBL Bank.

Keep the original deposit slip and do not send documents to ETEA at this stage. Online application forms will be available on the ETEA website starting from 15 September 2026.
