The Office of the Ombudsperson Punjab is mandated to ensure the effective implementation of the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010. Applications are invited from eligible candidates having Punjab domicile for temporary appointments against various positions at the Head Office and regional offices at district levels across Punjab.

List of Vacancies

• Assistant Director (IT) (01 Post): Requires a 16-year Master's degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering with 5 years of post-qualification software development experience.

• Data Processing Officer (01 Post): Requires 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT with 03 years of experience.

• Network Technician (04 Posts): Requires a BSMSSc (16 years) in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity with 03 years of experience.

• Law Officer (04 Posts): Requires an LLB degree with a minimum 2nd division and 5 years of practice as an Advocate in High Court.

• Assistant Legal Assistant (04 Posts): Requires an LLB degree with 03 years of experience in legal documentation and court procedures.

• Law Intern (06 Posts): Requires an LLB degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• IT Intern (04 Posts): Requires a Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

• Media Intern (04 Posts): Requires a BBA, MA, or 16-year education in any discipline.

• Stenographer (08 Posts): Requires Intermediate with 70 WPM shorthand and 35 WPM typing speed.

• Junior Computer Operator (04 Posts): Requires Intermediate with 40 WPM English and 25 WPM Urdu typing speed.

• Junior Clerk (05 Posts): Requires Intermediate with 40 WPM English typing speed.

• Driver (04 Posts): Requires Matric with a valid LTV/HTV driving license.

• Naib Qasid (05 Posts): Requires Middle pass from a recognized school.

• Chowkidar (04 Posts): Requires Middle pass (daily wages, Faisalabad Regional Office).

• Sanitary Worker (02 Posts): Requires literate qualification (Faisalabad Regional Office).

• Cook/Khansama (04 Posts): Requires literate qualification (daily wages, Faisalabad Regional Office).

• Caretaker (01 Post): Requires Matric (daily wages, Faisalabad Regional Office).

• Sweeper (04 Posts): Requires literate qualification (daily wages, Faisalabad Regional Office).

Terms & Conditions

• Positions are purely temporary for six months and may be extended based on satisfactory performance.

• General age relaxation is admissible as per Punjab Government rules.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA will be admissible.

• The authority reserves the right to increase/decrease posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
