Terms & Conditions

• Trainees will be appointed on a contract basis with fixed monthly emoluments for an initial period of one year, extendable for another year subject to satisfactory performance, without any commitment of regular appointment.

• Candidates exhibiting excellent performance during training may be given preference for regular appointment against suitable vacancies in the future.

• Candidates having 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience may be given preference.

• Provincial regional quotas (Merit, Punjab, Sindh, KP/Ex-FATA, Balochistan) will be strictly observed as per government rules.

• Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous bodies, or Corporations must apply through proper channels and must resign from their current posts before joining OGRA if selected.

• Incomplete applications or forms filled out improperly will be rejected.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates called for the test or interview.

• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
