1. Trainee Executive (Technical) (E-1)

• Total Posts: 10

• Qualification: Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or an equivalent degree from a university recognized by HEC (and PEC for engineering degrees).

• Experience: Fresh Graduates (Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience may be given preference).

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Provincial Quota: Merit: 3, Punjab: 2, Sindh: 3, KP / Ex-FATA: 1, Balochistan: 1

2. Trainee Executive (Legal) (E-1)

• Total Posts: 02

• Qualification: Bar-at-Law / LLM / LLB / LLB (Hons) from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.

• Experience: Fresh Graduates (Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience may be given preference).

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Provincial Quota: Merit: 1, Sindh: 1

3. Trainee Executive (Finance) (E-1)

• Total Posts: 04

• Qualification: CA (Inter) / ICMA (Inter) / MBA-Finance / BBA-Finance (Hons – 16 years) from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.

• Experience: Fresh Graduates (Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience may be given preference).

• Maximum Age: 30 Years

• Provincial Quota: Merit: 2, Punjab: 1, Sindh: 1

Terms & Conditions

• Employment Nature: Trainees will be hired on a contract basis on fixed monthly emoluments for a period of one year, extendable for another year subject to satisfactory performance, without any commitment to regular appointment.

• Regular Preference: The organization may give preference for regular appointment to trainees exhibiting excellent performance during future recruitment against suitable vacancies.

• Quota: Provincial/regional quotas will be strictly observed as per Government rules.

• Shortlisting: Only the most suitable shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.

• Incomplete Applications: Applications filled improperly or submitted with missing document copies will not be entertained.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Semi-Autonomous bodies/Corporations must apply through proper channels and must resign from their current posts before joining OGRA if selected.
