The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan, has announced exciting employment opportunities for Pakistani skilled workers in Belarus under Advertisement No. 204 dated 3rd September 2026. Qualified and eligible candidates meeting the specified criteria are invited to apply for these overseas careers.

List of Vacancies and Job Details

• Concreter (02 Positions): Requires professional vocational education, medical fitness, basic Russian language skills, and expertise in handling concrete mixers, reinforcement, and pneumatic tools for male candidates aged 31–40 years.

• Stonemason (02 Positions): Requires professional vocational education, medical fitness, basic Russian language skills, and expertise in stone masonry, winter construction, and bricklaying for male candidates aged 31–40 years.

• Plasterer (02 Positions): Requires professional vocational education, medical fitness, basic Russian language skills, and expertise in surface preparation, dry mix materials, and plastering application for male candidates aged 31–40 years.

• Electrician For Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment (03 Positions): Requires professional vocational education, medical fitness, basic Russian language skills, and expertise in electric motor maintenance, wiring, and schematic reading for male candidates aged 31–40 years.

• Electric Welder, Manual Welding, 4–6 Category (10 Positions): Requires professional vocational education, medical fitness, basic Russian language skills, and expertise in AC/DC welding, safety standards, and drawing reading for male candidates aged 25–45 years.

• Electric Gas Welder, 4th Category (02 Positions): Requires professional vocational education, medical fitness, basic Russian language skills, and expertise in electric gas welding, technical schematic reading, and thermal equipment for male candidates aged 31–40 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Contract: Fixed-term, 1 year (not exceeding validity of special work permit).

• Work schedule: Shift work.

• Accommodation: Dormitory provided.

• Salary: 2000 Belarusian Rubles.
