Prospective medical trainees must satisfy the eligibility criteria and operational rules:

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from a PM&DC recognized Medical College / University.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid PM&DC license. Medical graduates from abroad must have a valid PM&DC equivalence certificate.

• House Job: A mandatory one-year house job certificate from a PM&DC recognized hospital is required.

• Exam Status: Candidates must have cleared FCPS Part-I in the relevant specialty.

General Rules & Regulations:

• Application Limit: Candidates are permitted to apply for only one specialty.

• Institute Transfers: Applicants wishing to change their training institute must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institute or supervisor.

• Security Clearance: Security clearance and police verification of the selected candidates are strictly mandatory prior to formal joining.

• Written Test & Shortlisting: A mandatory written entry test will be held for all candidates, and only shortlisted candidates from the test will receive an interview call.

• Exam Hall Guidelines: Mobile phones and other electronic communication devices (such as smartwatches and Bluetooth devices) are completely prohibited inside the examination hall.

• Allowances: No TA/DA is admissible for candidates appearing in the test or interview.

How to Apply

1. Prepare the Application Packet: Compile a typed application for training alongside attested photocopies of the following mandatory documents:

   • Valid PMDC Registration Certificate & House Job Certificate

   • Congratulation Letter / Result of FCPS Part-I Examination

   • MBBS Degree & Mark Sheets of MBBS (All professionals)

2. Fee Payment: Deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- via a bank challan into HBL, PAF Shaheen Branch Sargodha. The account details are: Account No: PK21HABB0005037992270601, Account Title: PAF CNE Advance.

3. Submission Delivery: Submit the completed application pack through UMS (Hard Copy) directly to the Officer Incharge Training Cell, PAF Teaching Hospital Mushaf (Sargodha).

4. Important Note for Contact: A valid and active mobile number must be explicitly mentioned on the application form.

Written Test Schedule

The entry test for all applicants will take place on 05 July, 2026 (Sunday) at PAF Hospital, Mushaf Sargodha. Candidates must report 1 hour before their respective test time, carrying all original documents (CNIC, MBBS Final Marks Sheet, Valid PM&DC License, FCPS-I Certificate, and the original copy of the paid bank challan):

• General Medicine: 0800 – 0930 Hrs

• General Surgery: 0930 – 1030 Hrs

• Gynae & Obs: 1030 – 1130 Hrs

• Paediatrics: 1130 – 1230 Hrs

• Anesthesia: 1300 – 1400 Hrs
