Application Guidelines & Important Information

If you are planning to apply for any of the above roles, please take note of the following requirements:

• Age Limit: General candidates must be between 18 to 30 years old. Retired Armed Forces personnel have an upper age limit of 45 years.

• Quotas: Special quotas are reserved for women (10%), minorities (5%), and disabled persons (2%) as per government policy.

• Submission Deadline: Applications must reach the office by April 27, 2026.

• Required Documents: Candidates must send two passport-size photographs, and attested copies of their educational certificates, domicile, and CNIC along with the application form.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests and interviews via telephone. The list of eligible candidates will be displayed at the Depot gate 3-4 days after the closing date.
