Terms & Conditions

• Service Rules: Recruitment will be governed by Civil Servants Act 1973 and applicable recruitment rules. Selected candidates will be appointed on a regular basis subject to a 1-year probation period.

• Eligibility for Serial Nos. 3 to 16: Candidates holding domicile in Hazara Division, Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), Islamabad, or Rawalpindi districts are eligible to apply for local/support staff positions.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must submit their applications through proper channel.

• Disqualification: Hiding facts regarding current government employment will lead to immediate disqualification. Anyone dismissed/debarred from government service due to misconduct is ineligible.

• Medical Expenses & TA/DA: Candidates must bear initial medical examination expenses. No TA/DA will be paid for tests or interviews.

• Quotas: Reserved quotas for women, disabled individuals, and minorities will be observed according to government rules.

• Age Relaxation: General upper age relaxation is granted per government policy (up to 45 years for retired armed forces personnel, 3 years for Scheduled Caste, Budhist, AJK, GB, Balochistan, and Sindh Rural, 5 years general relaxation, and 10 years for candidates with disabilities or family of government servants who died during service).

• Communication: Applicants must mention their valid mobile contact numbers on their application forms.
