Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: The baseline age limit for candidates across all positions is 18 to 30 years.

• Age Relaxation:

  • Sindh Rural candidates receive a 3-year age relaxation.

  • Widows/children of deceased civil government servants during service receive a 5-year age relaxation.

  • Retired Armed Forces personnel get 15 years of service duration relaxation (or up to 40 years of age, whichever is less).

  • Scheduled Castes, Buddhist communities, and disabled persons receive up to 10 years of age relaxation.

• Quota Allocations: Quotas are allocated as 10% for women, 5% for minorities, and 2% for disabled persons according to rules.

• Processing Fee: Candidates applying for Serial 1 to 3 (Stenotypist, LDC, Tailor Instructor) must deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200/- into JS Bank Account IBAN PK38 JSBL 9253 0000 0298 4804.

• Selection Process: Test and interview dates for eligible candidates will be communicated via SMS. Candidates must bring their original documents on the day of the test/interview.
