Terms & Conditions

Before submitting your application, please carefully review the following terms and guidelines:

1. ETEA Profile Verification: All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Prior to applying or depositing fees, you must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA and get your CNIC verified via a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. Applications cannot be processed without this verification.

2. Screening Test: Candidates will be allowed provisionally to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed structural scrutiny will be done later, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

3. Selection Weightage (Total Marks = 100):

   • Prescribed Qualification: 70 Marks

   • ETEA Test: 20 Marks

   • Interview: 10 Marks

4. Government Employees: Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel.

5. Multiple Applications: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one position must submit a separate application form and pay a separate fee for each post.

6. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be granted as per the existing Government of KP rules.

7. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the screening test or interview.

How to Apply Online for PKHA Jobs

Follow these step-by-step instructions to successfully register for the screening test via ETEA:

1. Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and fill out the online application form.

2. Generate Deposit Slip: After submitting the form, an online deposit slip containing a unique token number, project code, and your personal information will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa App, an authorized Easypaisa Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep Proof of Payment: Retain the original candidate copy of the stamped deposit slip for your records. Do not share it with anyone else.

5. Documents: Do not send hard copies of your documents or credentials to the ETEA office at this stage. Only short-listed candidates will be asked to provide physical documents during the scrutiny phase.

6. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the ETEA website. Ensure you do not provide a ported/converted mobile number.
