The Government of Pakistan, National Heritage & Culture Division, Islamabad, has announced a leadership vacancy for a dynamic and qualified full-time professional to serve as the Chairman of the Pakistan Academy of Letters, Islamabad, on a contract basis under pay scale MP-I.

List of Vacancies

• 01 Chairman, Pakistan Academy of Letters: Master's degree in language/literature with 15 years experience (including 5 years at senior management) OR an eminent professional of known integrity and expertise in Pakistani languages and literature.

Terms & Conditions

• The appointment will be on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years, up to a maximum age limit of 62 years, ceasing upon attaining 65 years of age.

• Government employees must route their applications through the proper channel and resign or seek retirement before joining if selected.

• Shortlisted applicants invited for interview will not be entitled to any TA/DA.
