Terms & Conditions

• Employment Type: All hiring will be made on a contract basis.

• Nationality: Open to Pakistani citizens.

• Experience Criteria: Experience means post-qualification experience gained in a regular, full-time paid job after acquiring the prescribed qualifications.

• Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel after obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Continuous government servants with at least 02 years of service get up to 10 years of age relaxation.

• Age Relaxation Rules:

  • General Relaxation: 05 years general age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limits mentioned.

  • Scheduled Castes / Tribal Areas / AJK / Gilgit-Baltistan: 03 years.

  • Sindh (Rural) & Balochistan (BPS-15 and below): 03 years.

  • Released / Retired Armed Forces Personnel: Up to 15 years.

  • Disabled Persons (BPS-15 and below): 10 years (2% quota reserved as per government rules).

  • Widows / Children of Deceased Civil Servants: 05 years.

• Educational Degrees: Degrees and diplomas must be recognized by HEC or Technical Boards. Engineering degrees must be accredited by PEC. Medical/Doctor applicants must be registered with PM&DC.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.

• Authority Discretion: The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application or alter the number of posts without assigning any reason.

1. Online Application via NTS: Visit the National Testing Service (NTS) website at www.nts.org.pk to register and fill out the online application form.

2. Fee Payment: Download the fee challan/deposit slip and pay the test fee via 1Link 1Bill participating Banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, or TCS Express Counters.

3. No Postal Hardcopy: Do not send hard copies of application forms or documents to NTS via courier/post.

4. Submission to PAC Portal: Shortlisted applicants will be required to submit their required credentials on the official PAC portal at https://careers.pac.org.pk/ within 05 days after NTS results are announced.
