Complete Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the detailed educational qualifications, provincial quotas, and age limits specified for each position below:

1. Assistant Director Air Traffic Control (EG-01)

• Total Vacancies: 32

• Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (Age relaxation applies as per Government rules).

• Educational Qualification & Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in one of the following disciplines:

    • a) BS in Physics / Mathematics OR

    • b) BS Computer Science / Aviation Management with F.Sc / A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) OR

    • c) Bachelors in Engineering.

  • Minimum 70% aggregate CGPA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Must have an F.Sc / A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) with a minimum of 70% marks or equivalent.

• Regional Quotas: Merit-02, AJK-01, BAL-02, EX-FATA-01, Punjab-16, Sindh (U)-02, Sindh (R)-04, KPK-04.

2. Assistant Director Accounts (EG-01)

• Total Vacancies: 10

• Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (Age relaxation applies as per Government rules).

• Educational Qualification & Requirements:

  • CMA passed / CA Finalist (articles completed) / ACCA member / MBA (Finance).

  • Minimum 16 years of education with at least 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Minimum 60% marks or equivalent at the Intermediate level.

  • Sufficient knowledge of computer operations, especially MS Excel.

• Regional Quotas: Merit-01, BAL-01, Punjab-05, Sindh (U)-01, Sindh (R)-01, KPK-01.

3. Assistant Director Airport Services (APS) (EG-01)

• Total Vacancies: 35

• Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (Age relaxation applies as per Government rules).

• Educational Qualification & Requirements:

  • Master's / Graduation Degree (16 years of education) in the field of Business Administration / Public Administration / Hospitality / Hotel Management or Aviation Management.

  • Minimum 60% marks or at least 2.6/4 CGPA from a reputable HEC-recognized university.

• Regional Quotas: Merit-03, AJK-01, BAL-02, EX-FATA-01, Punjab-17, Sindh (U)-03, Sindh (R)-04, KPK-04.

Important Terms & Conditions

 Surety Bond Requirement: Selected candidates for the post of Assistant Director ATC will be required to execute a legal surety bond of Rs. 2,500,000/- (Rupees Two and a Half Million Only) to serve in PAA for a mandatory minimum period of ten (10) years.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in Pakistan as required by the PAA.

• Incomplete Profiles: Applications submitted without attaching the proper documents (CV, Degree, CNIC) will be summarily rejected.
