Terms & Conditions

• Domicile & Quota: Local Balochistan quota applies.

• Age Limit: Standard prescribed age limit for all posts is 18 to 30 years.

• Age Relaxation:

  • Candidates belonging to Sindh and Balochistan provinces are entitled to a 3-year relaxation in the upper age limit as per rules.

  • Retired military personnel (Ex-servicemen) are eligible to apply up to 45 years of age.

• Government Employees: Serving government employees must send their applications through proper departmental channels.

• Postal Order: A postal order worth Rs. 500/- payable to Branch Officer CP Center, Quetta Cantt must be attached with applications for BPS-05 posts (BPS-05 to 14).

• Application Limit: A candidate can apply for only one post at a time. If an applicant submits applications for more than one position, all of their applications will be canceled.

• Incomplete & Late Submissions: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be processed.

• Document Verification: Educational certificates, experience credentials, and documents of selected candidates will undergo thorough verification with issuing institutions. Any candidate submitting fake/forged documents will face immediate termination and legal action under the law.

• Medical Expenses: Selected candidates must bear their own medical examination expenses during the initial medical screening.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA (Traveling Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for attending the test or interview.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application, halt, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage. This decision cannot be challenged in any court of law.
