Eligibility & Age Criteria

To be eligible for re-employment, candidates must meet the following standards:

• Rank: Retired/Released/Retiring Colonels, Lieutenant Colonels, and Majors.

• Age Limit (Colonels): Up to 54 years.

• Age Limit (Lt Cols / Majors): 52 years and below.

• Recency: Officers must have retired within the last two years (excluding LPR).

• Medical Category: Must not be in Medical Category "EEE".

• Ineligibility: Officers discharged on account of inefficiency or disciplinary cases involving moral turpitude are ineligible to apply.

How to Apply: Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Obtain Application Forms: Forms can be collected from the Portal of AG's Branch (CP Dte / CP-IV), GHQ Rawalpindi, or from the nearest Station Headquarters. Photocopies are also acceptable.

2. Required Documents: Prepare your application in triplicate (3 sets) and include:

   • 4x Recent Photographs ($2 \times 2$) with your name and NIC on the back.

   • Copy of NIC.

   • Copies of all Civil Qualification certificates.

3. Application Fee: Include a crossed Bank Draft of Rs. 2,500/- in favor of DCP.

4. Submission: Submit the complete package to AG's Branch, CP Dte (CPIV), GHQ Rawalpindi within twenty (20) days of the advertisement's publication.

Selection and Terms of Service

• Employment Period: Initially for 3 years, extendable by an additional 1 year based on performance.

• Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates must appear before a Special Selection Board at GHQ, Rawalpindi at their own expense.

• Service Liability: Selected officers may be required to serve at any station across Pakistan.
