Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), under the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety, Government of Pakistan, has announced job vacancies under the Balochistan Quota. Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals holding a Balochistan Local/Domicile Certificate for temporary positions across PBM Balochistan Region, Women Empowerment Centres (WEC), and Schools for Rehabilitation of Child Labour (SRCL). Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the National Job Portal.

• (01 Assistant Private Secretary - BPS-16): 2nd Class Bachelor Degree, 100/50 wpm shorthand/typing, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (01 Accounts / Audit Assistant - BPS-16): 2nd Class B.Com/BBA with 5 years experience, computer literate, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (04 Office Assistant - BPS-15): 2nd Class Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience, 40 wpm typing, 6-week IT course, age 18–25 Yrs.

• (01 Hardware Engineer - BPS-15): 2nd Class Bachelor Degree CS/SC/IT OR 3-year DAE Computer Hardware with 5 years experience, age 18–25 Yrs.

• (16 Data Entry Operator - BPS-14): 2nd Class Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with 2 years experience, 10,000 KDPH / 40 wpm typing, age 18–25 Yrs.

• (02 Accounts / Audit Clerk - BPS-11): 2nd Class Intermediate in Commerce/Accounts with 2 years experience, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (14 Junior Clerk - BPS-11): 2nd Class Matric, 6-week IT course (MS Office), computer literate preferred, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (02 Dispatch Rider - BPS-04): Middle pass with valid driving license & traffic rules knowledge (Station: Quetta), age 18–30 Yrs.

• (16 Project Incharge - Female - BPS-16): 2nd Class Master degree with 1 year Vocational Diploma & computer literacy, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (15 Accounts Assistant - Male/Female - BPS-14): 2nd Class B.Com/BBA with 5 years experience & computer literacy, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (08 Computer Instructor - Female - BPS-14): 2nd Class Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with 2 years experience, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (15 Field Assistant - Male - BPS-11): 2nd Class Bachelor Degree with 5 years experience, 30 wpm typing, 6-week IT course, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (10 Instructor - Female - BPS-11): Matric with 03 years Vocational Diploma in cutting/tailoring/sewing/embroidery, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (13 Teacher Incharge - Female - BPS-16): 2nd Class BS/MA/M.Ed degree with 03 years teaching experience & computer literacy, age 18–30 Yrs.

• (07 Teacher - Female - BPS-14/11): 2nd Class MA/M.Sc/BA/B.Sc/B.Ed (BS-14) OR BA/B.Sc/FA/F.Sc (BS-11) with computer literacy, age 18–30 Yrs.

Terms & Conditions

• Recruitment Method: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview (No entry test). Walk-in interviews will be held at designated locations in Balochistan on dates announced later.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of 5 years is granted instead of existing 3 years in addition to 5 years general age relaxation. Age is calculated as of the closing date.

• Domicile & Local Posts: Local district domicile certificate of the relevant district is mandatory for local posts in Tables 2 and 3 and Sr. No. 8 of Table 1.

• Quotas & Inclusivity: Reserved quotas for women, minorities, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) will be observed as per Federal Government rules. Transgender persons can also apply per self-perceived gender identity on CNIC.

• Government Employees: Must apply through proper channels.

• Verification & Medical: Original documents will be checked at the interview time. Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate from an authorized Medical Officer.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
