General Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Applicants must be Pakistani Nationals.

• Age Limits (including all relaxations):

  • Flight Operations Inspector (EG-08): Maximum 66 years.

  • Superintendent (SG-10): Maximum 45 years.

• Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • Flight Operations Inspector (EG-08): Must hold or have held an ATPL with type rating on Commercial Transport Aircraft (MGTOW of 40,000 Kg or more), minimum 5000 flying hours as Pilot-in-Command, 10+ years of experience in Commercial Air Transport Aircraft, and SFI/TRI/SFE/TRE endorsement.

  • Superintendent (SG-10): Bachelor's degree (minimum 2nd Division) with MS Office Certificate, and at least 10 years of working experience in General Administration & Office Management (aviation sector experience preferred)

• Medical Standards: Appointment is subject to fulfilling PCAA's medical fitness standards.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per PCAA requirement.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government departments or autonomous bodies must produce a valid NOC before the interview.
