The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is looking for highly skilled and professional Cricket Coaches to join its Domestic and Women’s Cricket wings. Prospective Locations

The PCB is seeking coaches for various districts across the country, including (but not limited to):

• Domestic Cricket Districts: Turbat, Khuzdar, Chaghi, Gwadar, Loralai, Sanghar, Thatta, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, D.G. Khan, Lahore, Jhang, Mianwali, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Sheikhupura, Kotli, Mansehra, Haripur, Bajour Agency, Tank, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, and North Waziristan.

• Women’s Cricket Districts: Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, and Quetta.

Required Education & Experience

To be eligible for these coaching roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Accreditation: Minimum PCB Level I Accreditation or an equivalent certification.

• Background: Preference will be given to Former Test, International, or First-Class Cricketers.

• Coaching Experience: A minimum of 03 years of coaching experience at appropriate competitive levels.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of talent identification and development. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Projects) is required.

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Urdu.

Key Responsibilities

Selected coaches will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing game planning and pre/post-tournament strategies.

• Organizing and conducting team and individual practice sessions and training camps.

• Evaluating players' physical needs and tracking fitness progress.

• Conducting surveys and evaluations to gauge the effectiveness of development programs.

• Ensuring team excellence through performance enhancement strategies.
