Required Education & Experience

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement.

• Certification: CIPS or Finance-related qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

• Total Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in governmental procurement or contract management.

• Specific Experience: * At least 3 years working with or providing services to Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organizations.

  • Mandatory experience with PPRA’s EPAD (Electronic Procurement and Auction System).

Key Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess:

• In-depth knowledge of PPRA Rules and public sector procurement frameworks.

• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

As the Assistant Manager Procurement, your duties will include:
