Accreditation: Must possess a Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation (or global equivalent).

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of active working experience in a similar cricket coaching capacity with elite international cricketers, national teams, or major global T20 franchise teams.

Technical Expertise: Comprehensive and deep understanding of modern batting techniques, video/game analysis tools, biomechanics, and tactical player development.

Systems Management: Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating technical training systems currently implemented in the international arena.

Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities, combined with superior communication and persuasion skills.

Tech Literacy: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with specialized cricket coaching/analytics software are highly preferred.
