Terms & Conditions

• Quota Compliance: All appointments will be strictly executed in accordance with government-prescribed quotas, including provincial, regional, disabled persons, minorities, and gender quotas. In the event that a suitable candidate is unavailable under a specific quota, the position will be filled entirely on open merit.

• Government Sector Applicants: Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channels and submit an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) alongside their academic documents.

• Application Screening: Only short-listed candidates matching the institutional criteria will be called for a formal test or interview.

• Disqualification Policy: Any form of canvassing or exerting external influence will result in immediate disqualification of the applicant.

• Expenses: No TA/DA will be paid or compensated for appearing in the test or interview process.

• Rights Reserved: PIFD reserves the absolute right to fill or leave vacant any of the advertised positions, and to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

• Late Submissions: Incomplete applications or those received after the defined cutoff date will not be entertained.

• Form Download: Eligible candidates must download the prescribed Application Form directly from the PIFD official website at www.pifd.edu.pk.

• Application Processing Fee (Non-Refundable):

  • Rs. 2000 for the position listed at Sr. No. 4 (Project Director).

  • Rs. 1500 for positions listed at Sr. No. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7.

• Payment Method: The processing fee must be deposited via an original deposit slip showcasing an online deposit made to Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Islamic Bank, Expo Center Branch, Lahore (Account No. 5039-70002688-51). Alternatively, a Pay Order or Demand Draft made out in favor of the Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design is also accepted.
