Terms & Conditions / Eligibility Criteria

According to the guidelines, prospective candidates must fulfill the following strict criteria:

Basic Eligibility

• Nationality: Unmarried male Pakistani citizens.

• Age Limit: Maximum 20 years of age as of December 31, 2026. Candidates from FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir (AJK), and Balochistan are granted a 1-year upper age relaxation (maximum 21 years).

Educational Qualifications

• Academic Record: Must have passed F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) or O/A-Levels equivalent with at least 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

• O/A-Level Candidates: Must provide an equivalence certificate from the IBCC.

• Hope Certificate: Students waiting for F.Sc Part-II results who scored at least 60% marks in Part-I can apply using a Hope Certificate issued by their college principal.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Standards

Candidates must meet the following physical testing standards within specified timeframes:

• Running: 1.6 Kilometers within 8 minutes and 30 seconds.

• Push-ups: 15 repetitions within 2 minutes.

• Sit-ups: 15 repetitions within 2 minutes.

• Chin-ups: 02 repetitions within 2 minutes.

2. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee of Rs. 4,000/- via a Bank Draft/Pay Order made in favor of "Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi". Payment can be submitted at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), PMA Branch (Branch Code: 0239).

Last Date to Apply
