General Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for recruitment at the Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, all candidates must fulfill the following essential criteria:

Age Limit & Relaxations

• Standard Age Limit: 18 to 25 years.

• General Age Relaxation: An additional general relaxation of 5 years is already included in the policy.

• Retired Military Personnel: The upper age limit for retired military candidates is up to 45 years.

Core Educational and Practical Experience

• Primary Pass Candidates: Suitable for positions such as Civil Driver, Butler, and Sanitary Worker. Civil drivers must hold a valid driving license and understand driving regulations. Butlers must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Middle Pass Candidates: Required for positions like Mess Waiter and General Duty (Cadet Orderly). Applicants with prior experience in the respective fields will be given preference during the selection process.

Medical and Fitness Standards

• Candidates suffering from chronic illnesses or diseases that could spread from one person to another will not be considered.

• Any candidate declared medically unfit by a military doctor will be disqualified. The final decision rests entirely with the enrollment board.

Quota Allocations

Regional and special quotas are strictly maintained under federal rules:

• Disabled Quota: 2%

• Women Quota: 10%

• Minorities Quota: 5%

How to Apply & Test Guidelines
