The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, is inviting ambitious young professionals for its One-Year Management Trainee Programme. PMDC plays a key role in the exploration, mining, and marketing of various minerals, and this programme aims to build the capacity of talented graduates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Local or foreign-qualified Pakistan nationals with a bachelor's or master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) or equivalent in specified disciplines from a reputable HEC-recognized institution.

• Age Limit: Maximum age must be 28 years on the date of advertisement.

• Academic Record: Must have a minimum 3.0 CGPA.

• Graduation Year: Candidates who graduated in the years 2025–2026 with or without post-qualification experience are eligible.

• (01 Management Trainee (Sales & Mktg.)): MBA/BBA (Marketing) with a minimum of 16 years of education; 01 post.

• (01 Management Trainee (Legal)): BA - LLB with a minimum of 16 years of education; 01 post.

Terms & Conditions

• Programme Nature: This is a one-year training contract that does not constitute an employer-employee relationship, and PMDC has no obligation to offer regular employment upon completion.

• Selection Criteria: Selection is merit-based, with 30% weightage on academic marks, 40% on test assessment, and 30% on interview evaluation.

• Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a lump sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests or interviews, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
