Terms & Conditions

• Selection Process: Eligibility and selection will be determined through a written test (70% weightage) and an interview (30% weightage).

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Pakistan Railways or any other government department must submit their applications through the proper channel along with me departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Application Integrity: Incomplete applications or those containing incorrect/bogus information will be rejected at any stage, and strict legal action will be taken.

• Training & Placement: Selected candidates may undergo training at the Pakistan Railways Academy Walton or Land Directorate, Lahore, and can be posted anywhere within the Pakistan Railways system.

• Contract Duration: The initial contract period is 02 + 01 years, extendable based on satisfactory performance and competent authority approval.

• Benefits & Allowances: Accommodation may be provided subject to priority and availability. TA/DA is not admissible for test/interview or official travel beyond standard rules. Officers are entitled to duty passes, medical facilities in Railways hospitals, and annual increments as per scale (excluding pension/gratuity/GPF).

• Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to passing the prescribed medical examination.

• Rights: Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel the recruitment process or alter the number of positions without prior notice.

2. Obtain a postal order worth Rs. 1500/- as a non-refundable application processing fee per post.

3. Prepare your application complete with hard copies of educational documents, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and the postal order.
