Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BA / BSc (2nd Division) or an equivalent degree recognized by HEC.

• Age Limit: 18–25 years + 5 years general relaxation (Total: 30 years).

  • Note: Further age relaxations apply for specific categories (Ex-servicemen, Government servants, Minorities, etc.) as per government rules.

Selection Process & Quota

• Weightage: 70% Written Test | 30% Interview.

• Quotas: * 60% Open Merit

  • 20% Son of Railway Employee (including 2% for deceased employees)

  • 10% Ex-Servicemen

  • 5% Minorities/Non-Muslims

  • 5% Orphans

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Interested candidates must apply through the National Job Portal at www.njp.gov.pk.

2. Processing Fee: Deposit Rs. 1,000/- at the C.C.T Cash Office, Lahore, or at any Station Master/Booking Office of Pakistan Railways.

3. Required Document: Upload the Miscellaneous Receipt (M.R) of the fee payment along with your online application.

4. Deadline: Apply within 20 days of the advertisement's publication.
